End User License Agreement
Effective: 2026-08-21 · Please read this document carefully before using RimaVerse Lodestar.
1. Acceptance and parties
This EULA is between you and RIMA Entertainment Inc. By creating an account or using RimaVerse Lodestar, you accept this EULA and the Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.
2. Account and eligibility
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and use the appropriate role. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report unauthorized use. Minors require legal-representative authorization where applicable.
3. License
RIMA grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RimaVerse Lodestar for lawful artist-management, audition, training and collaboration purposes during your account term. No ownership is transferred.
4. Acceptable use
Do not infringe rights, upload unlawful or deceptive content, scrape or reverse engineer the service, bypass security or usage limits, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use AI output as the sole basis for high-impact employment, contract or financial decisions.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and grant RIMA the limited rights needed to host, process and display it to provide the service. You confirm you have necessary permissions. RimaVerse Lodestar software, branding and original materials remain RIMA’s property.
6. AI and third-party services
AI Trainer and generated recommendations may be incomplete, biased or inaccurate and are provided as decision support, not professional advice or a guarantee of success. MUTA, Gemini, payment and linked third-party services may have separate terms.
7. Fees, availability and termination
Paid features, credits and refunds follow the terms shown at purchase and mandatory law. Features may change and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Either party may terminate as permitted; RIMA may suspend accounts for material breach, security risk or legal necessity.
8. Warranty, liability and disputes
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as available.” RIMA does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Korean law governs, and disputes are handled by the competent court under applicable procedure, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes and contact
Material changes will be notified before effectiveness. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted. Questions: sf@rima.ai, +82-70-4699-6483.
