Privacy Policy

1. Controller and scope
RIMA Entertainment Inc. (“RIMA”) develops and operates RimaVerse Lodestar. This policy applies to RimaVerse Lodestar websites, accounts, role-based workspaces, AI Trainer and related support.
2. Information we process
We process account details (email, name, role, password hash and MUTA identifier), profile and audition information, schedules, contracts, payments and payout details, messages, uploaded documents, photos, audio/video, AI prompts and responses, plus device, access and activity logs. Required and optional fields are identified at collection.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide role-based management and collaboration, run auditions and training, process payments, answer support requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse and comply with law. Processing is based on contract performance, consent where required, legitimate operational interests and legal obligations.
4. Retention and deletion
Account and service data is retained while the account is active and then deleted without delay when its purpose ends, unless tax, commerce, dispute or other law requires a defined retention period. Consent records may be retained as evidence. Electronic records are securely erased; physical records are destroyed.
5. Sharing, processors and overseas transfer
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only when needed for the service, with consent, or as required by law. Authentication, hosting, payment and Google Gemini AI providers may process the minimum necessary data in Korea or overseas over encrypted networks. Provider, country, items, purpose and retention details are disclosed at collection or in an updated notice where legally required.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing or withdrawal of consent, subject to legal exceptions. Contact sf@rima.ai. We may verify identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
7. Automated tools and cookies
RimaVerse Lodestar uses essential storage and cookies for sign-in, language and security. AI-generated recommendations, training feedback and summaries may be inaccurate and should be reviewed by a person before consequential decisions.
8. Safeguards and children
We apply reasonable safeguards including password hashing, transport encryption, access controls, logging and restricted administration. Users under the applicable age of consent require authorization from a legal representative.
